In case you've been living under a rock, the midwest is currently getting pummeled by a pretty nasty winter storm. It's not that bad where I live compared to a lot of other cities, but we're still getting a decent amount of snow, high winds, and sub-zero wind chills. Awesome. So to take my mind off the miserable conditions outdoors, I'm bundled up on the couch with the sweet sounds of summer pumping through my headphones. Each of these songs either reminds me of a specific summer or somewhere warmer than my current surroundings, so here's to hoping they do the trick.
And to my friends enjoying the same wintery mess -- be safe out there!
